Yea Tweaker patches tend to explode like that when big updates happen.

Whats even more annoying is that the OG Launcher wont redownload over the eng patch.
So I'm using the Tweaker to remove the Eng Patches, which in the past has never gone well.

unpacking files and folders, putting them where they belong, proof reading them all to ensure they're the same as the ones on the server, etc.

Well at least the SEA players are capable of viewing the server's statuses now. We simply get a forced disconnection from the server.
Meanwhile, back in EP3, the server statuses weren't even available if we didn't use the proxy.

C-could this be a sign that SEGA is looking into lifting the IP ban?

didn't fix it yet, i did numerous checks for missing files etc., at least 5, and found nothing missing, tried from orb in tweaker "check for pso2 updates (new method) and...

I'm getting the infinite tunnel as well.
I don't have any patches or plugins installed.
I have tried checking for updates and fixing gameguard errors.
I have tried launching through the official launcher (rather than the tweaker).
What I have noticed is that in certain places there seems to be text missing...

Okay, so on the tweaker click on the orb dropdown then select "Redownload Original JP Files" and there you have it.
I'm guessing the culprit was "Large Files" but I also did "Patch" without checking so I can't say which it was. I didn't do "Story Patch" and I haven't had a problem yet, but might wanna do it anyway to be safe.

Exactly the same fucking thing. No English patches, no plugins, 4654875 files check, even checking for PSO2 Updates to be sure I didn't miss anything but noooooooope, endless tunnel loop.

Also when I check for Old/Missing files it stucks at 18k, idk why, i have like 40k files

I got a gold bonus key.

The quest is the source of the new 11* units and also gives you a ton of EXP from multiple Takamikazuchi spawns and a good number of Kagezeo stones.

PSO2es seemed to install fairly well, other than a small error in retrieving one of my items in the mail. Error 512, or something along those lines, iirc.

As for PSO2, file-checking with the core launcher instead of the Tweaker, to see if that fixes my problem of a black log-in screen.

In main menu, go to Custom (where you sort weapon camos etc). It's the bottom option there from what I remember. Very limited though, you can't seem to adjust angle (unless I'm missing it), only position.

Not sure what to make of Tokyo aside from the fact that I can't stop flying kicking T-Rexes in the face. :wacko:

Not liking that you seemingly have to complete Ep4-1 story to unlock Tokyo though. Running through it 4-5 times was bad enough, I dread to think how long you'd be there if you had 20 characters :lol:

I'll be resorting to the uncouth japanese gibberish launcher since despite ensuring I'm not using english patches or plugins, I still get to the beginning and end of the universe when I want to be in the middle.

Team mates say it works for them.

EDIT: Works when you break pso2 with the official launcher.

I got mine to go away I turned proxy off did the check for deleted/empty files as well as the old and missing files I also did both check for update and it has let me play

Yeah I did, if I pick ep 1-3 it just stays on infinite tunnel, and ep 4 crashes when I try to load the first mission where you go to a planet. Guess PSO is out of the question for a while.

When the other episodes came out how long did it take for the patches to all work etc, does anyone remember?

This makes me appreciate how hard Aida and the team have worked and what they do to make this playable for the fans, I think once this is sorted out a paypal donation is in order for them!

Uninstalled eng patches and patched all the pso2 files (even double-checked) just to end up with "Disconnected from the server" issue.

If the it's the proxy is dead than I guess I can't do anything(nor anyone who uses it). Nevertheless appreciate the services AIDA has provided so far. :)
