How to wear Outer and Inner Wear only

The method that is done is by using modified file that makes the base wear invisible.

Download and replace the file in your
SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\data\win32 folder.

Run the game with the included *pso2start.bat* or Aida's tweaker, as if you launch with default launcher, there is a high chance it will replace modified file with origional file.

Make sure you are wearing default base wear.

Thanks. Not that I have any real reason to use it, though.

I remember when I got told off for posting instructions on how to mod the annoying gun camo sound out of the game.
But I don't see any of these minor mods as a big deal.
SEGA just writes stuff in the TOS to protect themselves.
I don't think they give much of a damn if people want to locally mute noisy crap or see the underwear they paid a fortune for.

Alternatively, you can grab a copy of the vanilla files before you overwrite them, that way you don't have to go through the full file check each time you want to disable it.

Inb4 SEGA added the function to not equip any basewear at all.
Along with unhooking bra LA
