Where to go to sign up for PSO2 once SEGA ID is verified?

Hi, I have a friend who has just signed up for SEGA ID but wasn't able to sign up for PSO2 itself. Any link or instruction on how to do it?

Enter the account name in lower caps. For example instead of LordKaiser I have to type lordkaiser so it logs me.
