Need help to pick Best DPS solo class combo (2016)

i tried ranger/hunter but dps little only doing 200 dmg each hit when using one point am level 60 and i see people doing 4k-5k damage and over

Pretty much all classes and weapons have good solo DPS if you have them set up properly.
If you want the "best", that depends on the situation.
