getting a 13* is only half the battle. you still need to max element and grind it which cost meseta. Not to mention the es 13* rate is like eating a chipotle and expecting not to use the bathroom within 24hrs. But of course that kind of info won't satisfy you, so yes, Technically it is "kind of" pay to win, but its still all RNG and limited to 5 tries a day not including the free try.

Pay to ease the pain of grinding stones? yes, pay to instant super op weapon? unless they drop pre-affixed, grinded to +10 (cause fk u dudu) and full element, you´ve got a long way to go.

Not to mention the actual chance of getting a 13🌟 is as low as you can imagine from a mobile game.

Well in fact you need premium for the room because why the hell you want people to see your room if you can only put three things on it? my room is like a small hideout where I have my support partner that I sent for 10 hours out to complete my quests and she stills loves me, I talk to her sometimes but she speaks japanese and I don't understand her but she gifts me things so I guess it is okay.

Sega is just trying to cash in on their popular franchise by hiding the stuff that add replay value behind a paywall. Its sad really. Honestly, you can still enjoy the game since it offers stuff to do if you dont mind how grindy it is.
Hunting for high rank rares depends on rng so I focus on what you want to find and keep grinding until it drops.

You have to have Premium to trade, personally I find it a waste of money but the ability to trade and the ability to buy your team sharable storage strongly interests me. I'm just tired of gettin' new players involved and remembering "oh I can't share items with them because you have to pay for trading and team storage"

I can always use my 3 day shop tickets, but I don't even know how I got them in the first place.

1 medium or large egg*
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Spray a small non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
Crack one egg on the counter, breaking it gently into a small prep dish. Take care not to break the yolk.
Place prepared pan over high heat on the stove and heat pan to very hot. (Do not burn the cooking spray.)
Gently slip egg into hot pan and immediately reduce heat to medium. Continue cooking for two minutes, or until egg white turns opaque and there is no clear egg white remaining. If necessary, cover pan for a minute to help cook the egg.
Remove pan from heat. Gently slip a spatula around the edges of the egg to make sure it is free of the pan, then tilt the pan and carefully slip the egg onto a waiting plate. Take care not to break the loose egg yolk.
Season with salt and pepper as desired and serve immediately.
