Linking PSO2 with PSO2es and exp sharing explaenation

how much exp is shared between them do they give exp from pso2 to psoe2 once a level? is it best to start new character? or exp is sharring doesnt depend on each leveling in pso2?

Exp is shared between each, but both have different requirement for their level.
So lv.1 in PSO2es is not the same as PSO2.
