Making account

I'm sorry for posting this, and I'm sure I'm not the first person to post this..But I made a account, and can't figure it out for the life of me. I've been going hard at for almost a week, and have no luck. can anybody help me?

So the account is made, And when i try to log into PSO2, I get an error. I'm guessing I didn't not make it active on the website, but I cannot find the option to make PSO2 playable. and I have to go thru a hiragana image each time to do so. Somehow I've been lucky enough to get it right about 5 times.

Basically, log in to the site listed in the first post, and make sure your ID is lowercase.
