Is there a problem with the OTP again? Or is it my end?

Keep coming up with an error and this happened 3 times already and it's telling me to try again later.
I don't want to get locked out of my account (again) so I was wondering if the problem is OTP or not.

EDIT: Looks like it's working now all of a sudden.

yes, lately OTP getting some 698 error again, when you got that error better wait for about 15-30 minute and try it again
