Need help with english patch

Hi! Is there any english patch that translate items like monomate/dimate/Moon Atomizer into english? I only see them in japanese and I already downloaded and installed all the english patches in the Tweaker. I played PSO2 months ago and desinstalled, I remember that these items are already translated. :-?

item translation patch via the tweaker. don't know if there is an alternative though.

You have to go into "plugins" in the tweaker menu, and check the box for item translations.
