None of the butler's COs are worth it.

I've spent three stamina bars in Tokyo so far, and I've only found three bottles (and all three came in the same attempt), so yeah, lower your expectations and just let them come to you while you're looking for other things.

Ehh you'll eventually get enough to where u can hand em in every now and then. I think the naber rock is one example.

Random, yes. If you want to give yourself a small boost, bottles count as a small item, so eating the 海岸ムール貝のオイルづけ food will give you a boost to find it. Like I said though, still rare. For 100k, you're better off just letting it happen on its own time.
