Heads up: Next week's webpanel grind boost will not affect Skill Rings

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

If I'm reading this (http://mmoloda.com/pso2/image.php?id=76182) correctly, the grind boost will not affect Skill Rings.
Reason being because SEGA specified "Weapons/Units", and Skill Rings don't count as either.
