How to sign up for PSO2 (Phantasy Star Online 2):
1. Download Psiphon 3
2. Get the Google Translate tool for Chrome
2. Run Psiphon and connect via Singapore
3. Follow the instructions from the arks-layer registration tutorial
Use Google Translate's handwriting tool to solve the captcha (from the Google Translate website)
4. After completing the captcha and advancing to the next stage click the button to the right
5. Complete step 5 (Check the I agree check box and click the button to the very left)
