Dunno if the replacement for A Whole New World was a good one, but I couldn't find anything that was as hype from Phantasy Star 4, so went with something that was bittersweet to emphasis the fact that PD is a version of you that had lost all hope, yet through the determination current you showed they absorbed PD into him/herself to save Matoi. Seriously, go play Episode 3.
