Matter Board Exclusive Weapons

Does anyone know what matter board I can get the weapon Hirokteri?Also I was wondering which one has Glass Traitor dual blades. Do you need 100% completion of matter board to get the exclusive weapons? I've looked all over and cant seem to find any guide or list of specific matterboards and there rewards. Sorry for all the questions
