OST Volume 2 actually had a good number of unlisted files that was various sfx, the 2 above mentioned. Theres also the various grinding sounds, mission clears, etc, even that generic click sound the menu makes when scrolling.

I wouldn't exactly call them unlisted, as they specified it both on the back cover of the box itself, and within the booklet, as well as credited Tatsuyuki Maeda and Masaru Setsumaru for the sound effect creation.

People uploading them to random sites and mediafire don't seem to like to include them, though I didn't look at nyaa.
