Time to buy out that adaman wand from player shops!
From 4/20, weaponoid's original weapons will receive yet another hidden potential, which is to be unlocked with "weaponoid booster"
The first implantation includes: Dragon slayer/Adaman wand/Claymore(*4 sword)

Yeah, people will use a Claymore. Haha.

I hope weaponoid boosters are PSO2 ES exclusive,

Soul receptor has become so common that it's hard to make much of a profit off of it these days.

I hope this weaponoid boosters are PSO2 ES exclusive,

Probably will, then like the Harisen and sato cap, will eventually be made available on the main game somehow.

Well, now I have something to buy with the 40-odd 11* Weapon Passes sitting in my inventory.

do they gonna have same ability as in es?

Wait, so... How exactly does this work? Where do we get Weaponoid Boosters and stuff?

Seems conversion of the chips gives you a wep. that has a new hidden pot.

When do we get to see the weaponoids in uncanny-vision in PSO2?

They have the same potential name as in es, but probably not a 60%-100% damage boost

Weaponoid booster may be an es exclusive item like soul receptor

I'd rather they not do this, unless they can guarantee that the boost effects will be really worth it, or they limit it to 11* chips.

For weapons like Yamigarasu, it's weaponoid counterpart is really rare to roll up in es, and equally as powerful to the point where if you had to choose between the booster for PC and the weaponoid, pretty sure most if not ALL players will opt to leave it in chip form (+180% damage when attacking a target with a status affliction).

Anyone else want a weapnoid scratch? Some of there outfits are really cool.

That'd be pretty cool, actually. Although I'm betting Bluesy Rhapsody would go for a few dozen million or so.

I'd like to see something like this too.

Pretty sure Nasuyoteri and Yamigarasu Repcas would also be in the realm of a few dozen million. And TeniMusou would be in the (scandalous/no way in hell we're making this) category.

After thinking about it, I now realize what might be the catalyst for getting the weaponoid booster. They announced that we would be getting weaponoid side stories in es - so we might actually be getting our boosters from that.

Seems like psycho wand is getting a new potential as well and the booster is given as a gift for clearing weaponoid storys

the psycho wand is a mistake. Kimura corrected that near the end of the stream. the potential will be for adaman, dragon slayer, claymore.

and the side-story for es will be for dragon slayer, psycho wand, and claymore.

he got it mixed up.

on other note, weaponoid booster can be obtained from the weaponoid side-story. (but they don't say anything if it is only from it or you will have other way to get them)

I assume it is not possible to obtain weaponoid booster in the main game, at least for now, consider they are trying to make the new potentials a stealth content.

I hope that the weaponoids are not a 1 time opportunity thing... There's many that I never got...

It only seems to be a problem with the 12s; 11s get encored semi-regularly. No 12* has been encored yet.

They actually did have Missouri and Psycho Wand available temporarily during a limited scratch.

Well, most es contents are beatable with 11*, weapon boost chip, and 150+ weakness element.
Hopefully the weaponoid boosters are universal since all I got is a claymore in the first release.

Lyrise

The item you get is a Rainbow weaponoid stone, so it should be universal. The real question to ask is, how many do you need?

Knowing SEGA, probably 3.

You can get weaponoid boosters by clearing e-trial with jenne. Not like I have ever bumped into her, once.

So, still obtainable in both games, but super RNG-based in one of them. I think I'll just stick to PSO2es, thanks.
