Exchange weapon badge 2016 to 2015. Does anyone know how?

Hello again. So, I want a weapon camo under the 2015 badges, but I have no idea how to get 2015 badges. I guess it's over since it's 2016 ^^; but is there any way to convert the 2016s to 2015s?

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any way to acquire 2015 badges at this time. (Came from level up quests/emergencies/etc back in 2015)
While 2015 badges can be converted to 2016 badges, the opposite cannot be done.
