Interesting things to note!: It looks like they put Spread needle back in the large icons which is indicating the real spread needle might be coming. Also, the real grand cross seems to be in as well.

The stats of a tact don't apply to pets, so it'll probably help for Su casting offensive attacks or compound techs like in that anime full of cheaters.

If it does get a latent that would apply, then great.
