Error Code 685?

So I'm trying to log into my account on the PS4 version, but I keep getting this error code. Anyone know what the issue is? I've tried googling it, but everywhere I check lists like every error code except this one.

My account was created on PC, if that helps at all.

Nevermind, solved that problem by not being an idiot. Although I now have a new problem of not being able to sign in with either of my existing characters. I just get some message every time I try to log in to the game with them.

Anyone else on PS4 able to help?

Error code 685 = Wrong SegaID Information (I tried entering email address and pass.. when i just used a username i normally use and password it first gave me a 750 message (sent an email auth) then i logged in again and got to enter the text it sent in the email to me... now just waiting for it to load.

Error 685 is most likely just lettercasing problem.
If I recall correctly all Sega IDs are lowercase.
