lol sorry im new around here im trying to see if some one can help me with getting level 40 overcap co quest because i cant seem to find it anywhere and koffie doesnt have any quest where i get 99 x things

They changed it this last update. Dunno what it is now.

They changed it recently like the above poster said. I just did it on my new character, you get it from Koffee after 35 i believe. It has you gather c devices from the first 3 zones(on hard only). Easily doable in free field. Hope this helps!
