Need help with character creation :s

So after playing for a while (i've joined pso2 2 days ago so i'm still new ^^; ) and deleting 2 characters, i thought i had hit the jackpot and did a character that looked "good enough" in my eyes.. that was until i actually started playing. Though i managed to "deal with it" until lvl 22, every time i invited someone via free partner, a piece of me kept saying "see, isnt this what you wanted to look like?"

so, i'm back to the drawing board, having to start all over again (yeah i got those free vouchers to change skin and character in general, but i wanted to start as a dewman this time, mainly because of the heterochromia, and i think i'm gonna try out a forcer this time..)

i'm trying to go for a younger look, and i'm using this template (http://i.imgur.com/rfCUrr8.jpg)[some random stranger that i found cute in-game xD] as a base

but there are a few things that are bothering me and i need help from you guys :s

first of all, skin color, in my 3 failed human attempts , they would always pale-ish in game, i'm trying to hit the same color as the one as i'm using as a base, but no luck so far (considering light in-game also affects the skin color..)

second, head shape, i feel like it's a little too big, even though it's in the min settings (or i think it is..), or maybe it's just the chin..? (oh i forgot to mention, his height will prob be between 160~165, still deciding..)

third, the mouth.. i'm still trying to figure out how to improve it, but it's bothering me a little bit..

and last, considering i'm going for a "cat" themed character, do you guys think the cat ears are ok or do i need to adjust anything?

any other advice is also accepted xD

There is an option in the Character Creator to preview your character under a variety of in-game conditions, including four fields, three lighting settings, and about ten or so stock Lobby Actions and animations. This should help you fine tune various settings based on what your character will look like in game, since (as you already know) the Character Creator is a pretty idealistic place to view your character (perfect lighting, no environment/shadows, etc.).

Yeah i found that out yesterday, but didnt had the chance to look at everything. Turns out that i've hit the skin color that i wanted xD

i did used this site before to create my previous char, but in the end i didnt really liked it :s

Honestly, I think he looked good before. Now he looks anime.

What were you going for in your character? Keep in mind this is someone you're going to be playing a lot, and you'll want them to look good. Don't compare your character to everyone elses; otherwise you'll never be satisfied.
