Buy AC from ps4/psn ?

i saw a campaign going on so i wonder if someone actually is able to buy AC straight from psn/ps4 :???::-o

of course pso2es way is the easiest way to shop ac but still would be good to know if psn could be another way :P

Japanese PSN does not accept non japanese credit cards, so your only option is to buy SEN cards from import shops.

I have used my non-Japanese credit card on my Japanese PSN.
Actually I helped on guy on my stream set up his credit card so that he could buy AC.
He went and bought a couple $100 worth of AC.
