Dark Falz Event?

Hey everyone,

So last night I logged on and played a really cool Co-op Dark Falz boss event. (Or maybe I should say 2 events.)

Does anyone know what the deal is with this event? Is it a rare occurrence? When is this mission offered and how do you unlock it? I haven't seen it on the quest list since. Was hoping someone knew more about it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
