Well, one guy said it's a recycle shop item, but there is no such thing.

go to recycle shop attentdant cameo then choose crafting shop (2nd option) . reset will cost you 2 AC items

It's actually a craft shop item. The options right below the exchange for 50x RATK frags for 10x TATK frags.
