Has anybody noticed all the stupid people on the Xbox Version. It seems that when ever I play with a group of people I don't know, there are one or two people that I can't stand. I don't mind people asing for help but it gets bad when my ranger has to save everybody and the two forces are higher levels than me. I just had some repressed anger to get rid of. Use it to your regression...

Yeah....but one good thing is that now we can most of the time tell if someone is a little kid who hasn't hit puberty who doesn't know how to cast Jellen and Zalure...
I'm a Force...level 86....those are my most used techniques.
But, I don't face that problem much...almost all of my RL friends play PSOX, so we have a home ship that we play on...not many people go there, so there won't be much newbie players bothering us...
...yes, I do make locked games, just in case

I guess thats what I have to do with the people I play with. We need to find a sweet lobby and home ship. Thanx for letting me steal your idea, J/K.
The password is my best friend when playing online......

I think the biggest reason why people are more annoying on Xbox is the addition of its best feature - the voice chat. People become a lot more annoying when you can't get them out of your ears. You can ignore their chat bubbles onscreen but some child screaming "YOU ARE GAYE!!!" in your ear can be quite bothersome.

Indeed. But, that's what the mute option is for. Though I will admit it's not the easiest feature to access quickly, and you'd have to mute a lot of kids.

On 2003-05-01 14:29, i agree with both of you. I really hate the people who always bug you for free items when their still a level 1. why can't they just play a little and find there own low level stuff to use? Is searching that hard?

I don't mind helping newbies that much, just not in the ruins. But I think it's more annoying to have some kid screaming at you, that's all I'm saying.

The worst is when you have a person who insists on getting killed every 2 minutes. They don't grasp the option of hit and run. They are just oblivious and no matter what they won't listen when we give our input... Its actually frustrating.

Dude, come find us. Seriously, we need to party.

Now party I can do. Babysitting kids via broadband I can not.

Well, in that case if it's cool with you guys, I think I might party like it's your birthday. Also, I might sip Bacardi like it's your birthday. If not, that's cool too. No big deal. Just thought I'd bring that up before hand to give you guys a heads-up, so to speak.

I feel the exact opposite. Just about everyone I play with is a decent person. I think people are nicer on the xbox version. I have not heard a single name calling fest like you get in a game such as diablo. Most players are very generous with drops ect. Playing PSOX has actually been a renewing gaming experience for me.

The thing I hate the worst about players on the X-Box version is that everyone runs and grabs the item drops. They don't even wait to see what it is, or if they can use it. People, if you can't use the weapon that drops, then leave it for someone that can.

Yeah I know dude. You have to be ruthless out there but still. Why would a level 60 RAcast need to pick up every wand or sword. They don't even sell for that much? I still hate the younger kids who don't have a clue and act a fool. I just had to add that one.
