Pso2 Visa Debit card

Hi, I would like to know how/if I can get one of these Visa cards. I went to the website but it's all in Japanese, so I wasn't too sure. The Visa card I'm talking about is this right here. 39683

It would be pretty cool to have one of these but, If not, My bank allows custom picture cards and I could just get that image from somewhere.

Well I just found out my Bank can't even make the card because of copyright infringement, Even without the logos. :/

maybe your bank can get you one? Or maybe you can ask Visa them selves to send you one?

I'm not sure how I would go on doing that. I'm pretty sure westerners don't have one anyways. :/

look on your credit card bill and call its customer service number ask about getting a new card. That would be your start also speak to actual people
