Two-tone hairstyle problem

Hey guys, having an issue here and was wondering if anyone knows about this.

My friend is playing as a Female CAST and she bought the Sweet Bearaddo hairstyle (http://pso2.swiki.jp/index.php?plugin=attach&refer=%E3%82%A8%E3%82%B9%E3%83%86%2F%E3%83%98%E3%8 2%A2%E3%82%B9%E3%82%BF%E3%82%A4%E3%83%AB%E3%83%BB% E3%83%98%E3%83%83%E3%83%89%E3%83%91%E3%83%BC%E3%83 %84&openfile=%E3%82%B9%E3%82%A4%E3%83%BC%E3%83%88%E3%8 3%99%E3%82%A2%E3%83%83%E3%83%89%E3%83%98%E3%82%A2% E3%83%BC.jpg) which comes in two different tones. However, in the makeover salon my friend is not given the second slider option to change the other side of the hair. Since the previous post doesn't explain this since you brought up cast. The 2nd tone for cast is based on your casts sub color, donno if this is effected by that particular hair style but it does with certain ones.
