Guys, can you please help me once again?

I need to know if unit grind level affects affixes (upslotting and adding) - the prices, probabilities, etc.? In other words, should I get Saki units set, grind them to level 10 and maybe add some affixes in order to enjoy the PP boost and think about upslotting and adding good affixes later, when / if I raise the enormous ammounts of money, which are needed to do that...? Or it would be better to get the money first?

That's actually what I would like to do... I was just asking if it's safe - would this change the price of upslotting and adding abilities or not? This game has too many pitfalls and I really don't want to do mistakes again.. :(

Grind level does not affect adding and/or upslotting affixes.

Grinding to +10 is the first thing you must do, if you plan to use weapons/units for a long time.
