New Account made, I think? Need help

So I tried to make a new account, set up the email, and put in the password and sega id and etc, did the capatcha and got this http://i.imgur.com/nV7A4Vi.png

After clicking the left one and being sent back, I redid the name and password and etc, and then got back to that page and clicked the right option.

I ended up getting sent back to the same page, however this time my sega ID was showing as already being used, as if I had made the account (https://iway.isao.net/sega/img/btn_id_ng.gif )

Problem is according to the signup guide, I should have been sent to a page where I am supposed to register my sega ID for pso2 ( http://arks-layer.com/imgs/clicktoregisterforpso2.png ), but I didn't get that page, and I can't login to Pso2.jp or anything else, What should I do?


EDIT: So I was able to log into https://gw.sega.jp/gw/ with those account details, anyone know where I go to register my pso2 account?

looks like the ID is taken, thats my guess or possibly incorrect characters (like not being able to add a space in your ID for example)

The ID I set doesn't have any spaces in it, and it was not taken when I first was doing this, which is why when it gave me the error, I assumed it went through and made the account somehow
