Any way to recover OTP?

I got a new phone and forgot about the One-Time Password, it was automatically logged in and I had the code saved in my phone too. Is there anyway I can recover it? Still have my PSO2 login and email.

I don't have it anymore, that's my main struggle. I used ArksLayer's guide, so it was the SecureOTP app, but I think there are 2 of them now, not sure which one specifically.

SecureOTP eh? Well, if you know your OTP account name and the answer to your secret password you can install it on your new phone without any issues. If you dont you can try emailing them, but they're gonna ask for your OTP account name eitherway so...
