Yes, Rina and the comedy duo is for general news and such.

Ichitaro will have different guest star, and will be for the core gamer, usually with live gameplay on the new mechanic, so with Ichitaro and whoever, we should be able to get a better grasp on the new mechanic, as Ichitaro does know how to play the game.

Different program and different schedule
