Why was this not asked in the Quick Questions thread? There was absolutely no point in creating this thread just to ask this most basic of question which doesn't have very many answers. You smell like player who was power leveled if you don't already know the answer to this one.

Collection File, LQ, EQ, Zieg Exchange, CM Shop, 50 risk SHAQs, and Guest COs.

Fastest route is the Guest COs as they can typically all be completed in the same day. Problem is they have a 2 day CD before you can go again. CF will rely on EQs for one or two drops and again after completion 2 day waiting period. Zieg and CM require certain currencies to obtain their 13*. LQ, EQ, and SHAQs all rely on RNG of drops.

NPC from PSO2 Anime literally handing *13 weapon for free as CO reward, you just need to kill 300 specific enemy species and be done with it.
You can clear that CO in under an hour and rejoice with your new welfare *13.

Alternatively, SEGA spelled it for you every few weeks by using videos that they're handing new *13 via collection file.
