Need some help

So I just got back into the game about a couple weeks ago and I've been having fun. Well yesterday I wanted to check out some player shops but it popped up the thing where I have to enter in my password. Well it's been so long since I've played I cannot remember what I put. How can I find out what my code is or possibly reset it so I can use the player shops?

Honestly all I can think of is contacting Sega, which would require masking your IP address so it looks like you're in Japan, and writing your message in Japanese. I don't think there's many options to recover that info for people outside Japan.
