I had my inventory full, it gave me the message to empty my inventory, so I did...Much to my anguish when I turned in the CO, I did NOT received my item. Has this happened to anyone?

Were you turning in the CO on a different character. Even though you can do the CO on multiple characters, the cooldown for getting the weapons is shared, so you can't just get a bunch in one day.
