Simple question about Sacrifice Bite and Br.

I've been planning to build a Hu/Br because I am interested to see if the crafted version of Sacrifice Bite pairs with Attack Advance on Braver tree. Has anyone experimented with this?

-EDIT- Secondly. I'd like to know the going builds and strategies used for Sword Hunters. I've been off the game for a while and feel like trying it out.
