XBOX: Hacked item online for trade?

I was proposed a trade for a Dark Bridge by a relatively high level character today for a Delsaber's Shield but I declined. While its possible he could have found it, what caught my eye is that the percentages for Native were 95% and A. Beast 100%. Sounds like a hack to me! Or is it possible this weapon actually can have such percentages?

If not, then this is another confirmation hacked items are making their way onto PSOX.

It could be possible. I have a Gungnir with 0/100/40/0/40.

Yea, percents can go that high, although I'm not sure about that high in two attributes.
