Does your level affects Tokyo Bonus Quest drop?

Like, do you need to be around level 70 to farm saiki in Tokyo or level doesn't really matter?

yes level drop affect drops in all bonus quests, need to be lv60 or so

Drops and EXP from Bonus quest will correspond with your level to keep balance (lol balance),saikis are farmable at 60+ upwards,
