Form Scythe (Farming Question)

Hey all,

I'm playing a Te/Hu and I'm looking for this weapon. I missed the Collection File season, so now I'm looking for some advice.

1. Would it be faster to spam the riding quest or go after rare enemy triggers?
I see they're in stock at the casino until April so I've gone there whenever the riding block is dead. So far I've only gotten two 13-stars from the riding quest, a rifle and an egg, and since rare enemies have better loot I'm wondering if it's optimal to just stay in the casino or keep trying my luck with the riding quest. I'm burning RareDrop%250's on the RQ and the MPA averages around 1.5-2million points, but I'd be burning time in the casino trying to make up for bad loot.

2. What does "0/5" mean next to Rare Enemy Triggers in the casino?
Is the "5" my limit for how many triggers I can buy before April on this character? Across my entire ship? I'm calling out to you saiki veterans.

3. What the heck is Las Vegas Free Field for?
It seems identical to the riding quest, except there's 0 popularity and no weekly Lambda Grinder for completing it. Outside of featured quests and a rare enemy trigger environment, is there any reason anyone would run it? (As in, should I be doing this instead?)

That's how many you can buy per week. I forget if it's per character or what.

It's not a gimmick quest? :-?

1 - Triggers would be your best option, try finding a full mpa with triggers
2 - max amount per week

Does Donald TrumpNightmare Vegas even drop the 13*s? I thought they were just area drops. Swiki is listing them as area drops.

EDIT; okay the boss page lists says he drops it. just the weapons don't list it.

I've checked the quest item record on two different days and the Form Scythe just isn't there. :/ The rod and gun are, though. If I'm counting on being the first person to get the scythe to drop out of thousands of other rares dropping, then maybe it's not a good bet.
