Alright didn't give a specific song you wanted so I went and got all four
Before starting the quest "Challenge Area Probe -Stand by- (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Gw917l__OA)"
During quest "Challenge Area Probe - MISSION 5 - (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KHGRE9B9eOI)"
Deadlion "POTENTIAL ABILITY (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Ti3mpgWCjo)"
Quest End "Challenge Area Probe - RESULT - (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwrIZED0dpw)"

As for exp the only other option is to do VHAQ runs of Urban with 3 others. AQs have a constant 100 exp bonus to them and doing VHAQ over SHAQ makes everything easier to one-shot and isn't as expensive to do multiple runs. The only thing SHAQs have over VHAQs is the potential to drop 13* but they are going to be Revs which aren't that good compared to the other 13* you can get.
