Finally got it after about 3 hours the problem was the sega ID page that you sign into was wrong but i finally found the correct page and got this done, but it has to be an easier way to set this back up in case you need to wipe your mobile.

you were supposed to either write down the code or save the barcode image, if you did neither i'd repeat the process if i were you

In case that you lose your phone or if you have to reformat it for whatever reason, you can always rescan your QR by using authenticator app so that you won't locked out from your own SEGA ID.
