Clear the quest: 新世を成す幻創の造神 (Phantom God of Creation)

Clear the quest: 月駆ける幻創の母 (Racing the Phantom Mother)
＊ヴィタフォールオンス (＊Vita Fallounce)

Clear the quest: 世界を堕とす輪廻の徒花 (Perennial Apocalypse)
＊ヴィタオーバー (＊Vita Over)

Clear the quest: 来襲せし虚なる深遠の躯 (Profound Invasion)
＊ヴィタクラシェルブ (＊Vita Crashelb)

Clear the quest: 採掘基地防衛戦：終焉 (Mining Base: Demise)
＊ヴィタブラスター (＊Vita Blaster)

There is also rewards for doing the quests besides just the camos. Do all 5 and get a total of 180 SG, 6 100% tris, 10 Lambda Grinders, 1 CO CD reset ticket, and 1 40% affix booster. Again these prizes will be distributed sometime late May.

Is "mining base: demise" the base defense on Lillipa that ends with the giant Dark Falz-looking thing appearing behind the three tubes you need to protect?

Because I totally did that looking for a Dark Ragne last night. Damn things are harder to find than unicorns...

That would be Dark Falz Apprentice, yes. Also, if you're looking for a Dark Ragne, simply run the first (originally second) Naberius Time Attack mission, as that one always ends with a Dark Ragne.
