SecureOTP Removal

I'm able to log into the game again, but I'm not sure how to remove the Secure OTP so that I can start using Google Authenticator. I don't remember my secret questions or the address I used, it might have been a random one in Japan. Is there anyway around this?

And your date of birth?, try this option for login.

I have my date of birth, but I didn't see where I could log in with just that.
