Sega should have just added an arm unit to the badge shop. Instead expert blocks require rng now.

If you can't find people in the forum you can try doing ult Amduscia during JP time, the chances of S-rank are a lot higher. I needed quite a few runs though.

To clarify:

12* units are only required in order to access expert blocks.

The only thing required to unlock the lvl 75 > 80 grind for a class is a fully grinded (+35) 13* weapon and the completion of all 4 skill point quests (by earning class excubes while at 75).

This is a bit spur of the moment but right now in block 12 we have an ULT run going. We managed to narrow our time down to 8 mins if anyone is interested.
