Supporting 3840 x 2160

Does anyone know what i should change interface size and max scaling to? my default resolution is 3840 x 2160, when i play game on that the text is like super small. I want to make text bigger without hurting the Quality. everything i try still make texts come out super small

AFAIK, it caps out at 1080, so 4K will always be small.
