I can tell you right now, those first two are DEFINITELY Weaponoid Potentials. Weaponoid Potentials have a trend of being obscenely powerful, but are given to crappy weapons.

EDIT: Typo. Also, the two weapons that are supposed to get Weaponoid Potentials are Guld Milla and Lavis Blade; if I had to guess, Guld Milla gets the latter and Lavis Blade gets the former.
