Well, one time is hardly "excessive" and technically, a youtube channel wouldn't be their website since youtube is owned by google since by that logic, the fashion thread violates that rule all the time due to excessive links to their imgur pages are posted quite often. Have no idea why you didn't quote the first part of the rule which would have made your point ...
