Er .... that kind of post is kinda(?) old .... but ....
why not use English Patch? I heard it's easy ...... with PSO2 Tweaker ......
And collab wise, won't be as nice if you're into anime ......
US IP's not blocked by JP too afaik.

And updates will be slower for localized version, no?
