Well to make a long story short, I wanted to get the 2 Japanese PSU games for PC, couldn't find them on ebay or anywhere else, so I went with Yahoo Auctions and chose buyee as the 3rd party buyer. Since EMS shipping remains the same up to certain size and weight , I browsed SEGA online store and added this to the buyee cart.
