How does team shop work?

Hello PSO-World, I've returned to foruming because I'm in need of help. So I just bought the 100% tri-boost from the team shop and have no clue where it is. Is it like an auto use item? I got a message from the team saying something I assume about buying it, but then I checked everywhere and can't figure this out at all. Also if you could tell me what quests those triggers were for that'd be nice.

In the team counter, there's also an option to pick it up. Once you buy the items, all team members can pick it up there.
