The Online Game

I got PSO awhile ago and I didn't get the modem and adapter for online. What I would like to know is, that is it really worth the 10 a month to go online in a game. (I'm not trying to sound like an @ss but sometimes i do when i dont try)

Playing online is fun... I rarely do it do to shyness, but if you can overcome that I strongly advise going online.

Only if you've got the money tho...

I don't understand why someone would be shy? Do you have a geeky voice or what, lol? I tested my voice and I sound way different then I do in real life, but whatever.

I'm shy because that's my nature... I feel that I may not be accepted for one or another and so I have trouble meeting new people. My fear of rejection has caused me to avoid people so as not to be rejected. Not much I can do about it. My voice isn't that bad, but I've been told by several people I know that my voice sounds like that of an amateur pornographer, and my Throat-Singing can be a bit irritating...

Well do you enjoy it offline? If the answer to that is yes, than indeed it's worth it.
Online play is 100x more fun. Theres also many things online you can't get offline.
The online fee isn't so bad, and you are given the first month free..
In which case, you can judge it for yourself.

5 or 6 pounds. i forgot exact pricing.
its also 8,95 euro per month so you may calculate it better than i can.

then again, online is fun as long as you have a purpose to go online - meeting friends, doing a quest or challenge or something.

Yea i agree playing Online makes the game so much more fun, thats why its called Phantasy Star 'Online'. If there was one game i would want to go online and game and interact and play, its PSO. its definatly worth the $8.95 a month, pretty cheap if you ask me.
